CUSTOM SOFTWARE & INTEGRATIONS

Software built around the way you work.

When spreadsheets, disconnected applications or workarounds hold your team back, define the software you actually need and a useful first release your users can put to work.

Discuss a first release

START WITH A FOCUSED ENGAGEMENT

First-release discovery

Turn a business problem into a buildable brief. Identify the essential user journey, integration needs and a manageable first release before committing to development.

What we review

Who will use the software, the task they need to complete, current workarounds and the systems and data the first release must connect to.

What we need from you

A decision-maker, access to representative users and examples of the current process. Bring any existing brief, screens or integration information you have.

The decision it supports

What belongs in the first release, what can wait, and whether a custom build is justified alongside the tools and integration options already available.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Clear findings.
A practical next step.

  • A clear brief and user journey showing the essential task and who it serves.
  • A first-release scope with integration requirements, constraints and open questions.
  • Acceptance criteria and a recommended delivery approach to support a development proposal.

AFTER THE FIRST ENGAGEMENT

Choose what happens next.

Development is proposed separately against the agreed first-release scope. The proposal covers delivery responsibilities, acceptance criteria, ownership, hosting, handover and support.

How we would measure progress: Task completion, usability, turnaround, reliability and adoption, chosen for the business goal. Acceptance criteria are agreed before implementation.

The first engagement's scope, deliverables and fees are agreed before it begins. Implementation and ongoing support are proposed separately.

FROM REVIEW TO IMPLEMENTATION

Put the findings to work.

Depending on the findings, a separate implementation may address work like this. These examples describe possible projects.

An internal operations tool

Bring scattered work into one clear process for the people who need to manage it.

A customer portal

Let customers complete agreed tasks and view appropriate information without repeated back-and-forth.

Connected business applications

Move information between systems with validation, clear ownership and useful exception handling.

START THE CONVERSATION

You don't need a finished brief.

Tell us who will use the software, what they need to do and where current tools fall short. An existing specification is helpful but is not required for First-release discovery.

START WITH ONE PROBLEM

Tell us what needs to improve.

A growing technology bill, a repetitive process or software that no longer fits. Tell us where the difficulty is and what a better result would look like.
