Prepethon · PROJECT CASE STUDY
An Evigasoft product that brings supplies, expiry dates and household emergency planning into one application.
Explore the capabilitiesTHE PROBLEM
A list of supplies can tell a household what is on hand. To be useful over time, that information needs quantities, storage locations and expiry dates. Planning adds another set of details: the people involved, contacts, meeting points and actions to take.
Prepethon brings these tasks together. Inventory can be maintained as supplies change, while a guided questionnaire helps organize household information into a plan that can be revisited and printed.
INSIDE THE PRODUCT
Add and edit supplies with quantities, locations and expiry dates. Filter the inventory by category, items expiring soon or items already expired.
Work through household details, relevant hazards, meeting points, contacts and drills. Save the information and generate a printable plan.
Optional photo-assisted entry proposes inventory items. The user can edit the detected information and confirm which items to save.
WHAT THE PRODUCT ENABLES
The application gives people a way to review their supplies and expiry dates, keep household planning information together, and return to a printable plan as their needs change.
The same engineering pattern applies to business software: start with the records people maintain, connect them to the decisions they need to make, and keep users in control of assisted actions.
